Our Partnership

Our Partnership

  • A watercolor illustration featuring a stingray, sea turtle and tropical fishes, just some of the sea life guests see on one of our award-winning luxury cruises.

Paul Gauguin Cruises is pleased to announce a global partnership with the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS)

WCS has been committed to saving wildlife and wild places worldwide for over 120 years. The organization aims to protect half of the planet’s biodiversity, while ensuring a positive impact on millions of people.

Through our partnership with WCS, you will have the opportunity to engage in two entertaining and informative programs when you join us on board:

  • Wildlife Discovery Series: Learn about marine wildlife and habitats when some of the world’s most interesting scientists, oceanographers, and conservationists share their research and expertise during lectures and presentations on board. Available to all guests on select sailings.
  • Stewards of Nature: This experiential, hands-on educational program inspires children (ages 7-17) and their families to value nature and explore the local environment. Available on summer and holiday sailings for a nominal fee.

Paul Gauguin Cruises is proud to collaborate with WCS in support of a healthy and sustainable planet. Both programs launched in 2017. To learn more information about the Wildlife Conservation Society, please visit wcs.org.

Support The Wildlife Conservation Society

You can make difference by supporting the Wildlife Conservation Society. WCS scientists are in the field discovering new species, developing new solutions to conservation challenges, protecting threatened animals and habitats, and inspiring people to make wildlife a priority.  Contributions to WCS will provide critical funding that allows the non-profit organization to direct resources where they are needed the most and supports WCS’s mission to protect wildlife and wild places. To contribute, please visit WCS.org/pgcruises.
