Canadian Bass-Baritone Gordon Bintner appears internationally, performing a wide range of concert and operatic repertoire, and is considered one of the most exciting bass-baritones of his generation. Recent debuts at the Salzburg Festspiele, Canadian Opera Company, Montreal Symphony, Oper Frankfurt, Milwaukee Symphony, and Michigan Opera Theater have been met with great critical acclaim.

The Grand Prize Winner of the OSM Standard Life Competition in 2011 and First Prize and People’s Choice Award recipient of the Canadian Opera Company Ensemble Studio Competition in 2012, Gordon is a graduate of the Canadian Opera Company’s Ensemble Studio and the Salzburg Festpiele’s Young Singers Project, and is a current company member of Opera Frankfurt.
