Yoga Instructor
Naiki Lutz, Integrated Wellness Coach
Naiki began her career in the wellness sector in 2008. Thanks to her creativity in treatment protocols and leadership, she became spa manager in 2014 for the Music & Spa Hotel, The Source Marrakech. At the same time, she trained in several well-being techniques such as sound massage, Thai Yoga, and Hatha Yoga.
Passionate about Polynesian culture, she joined the Brando spa team as a therapist and yoga teacher for 2 years. She then decided to return to her roots on the sacred island of Raiatea to develop her experience in well-being and her wellness school.
For her, balance, or well-being, is a lifestyle. It depends on our state of mind and our daily practices. Well-being is a reconnection with oneself through body care but also through physical exercise, breathing, relaxation, sleep, diet, and positive thinking.
Well-being is reaching a state of "pono," of balance, of symbiosis between all a being’s layers (physical, mental, spiritual). For the human body, well-being can be achieved through a good diet or a massage; for the mind (or more particularly the intention) and the spirit, it can be reached through the connection to the forces of nature surrounding us.
The Polynesian is an animist. They listen to the wind, talks to the stones; think they are nothing other than the equal of nature. To them, humans are like trees. Humans are rooted in the ground whence they draw their energy. They are fully aware of the life force flowing through them. They receive divine energies which allow them to give their best self.
