How can I ask my equivalent status?
You can request your status equivalence by contacting the Aqua Expeditions team via the contact form.
How is my Tier determined?
Each PONANT Yacht Club status corresponds to a status in the Aqua Expeditions loyalty programme. As a Major, you enjoy Navigator status. As an Admiral or Grand Admiral, you have access to Explorer status. Commodores, meanwhile, have access to Legend status.
Once I have obtained my Circolo Aqua status, how does the loyalty program work?
When travelling with Aqua Expeditions, you earn Miles. Miles can be earned on the final value of eligible bookings i.e. inclusive of cabin rates and surcharges, less any discounts applied. Miles are not earned on onboard spend, flights, transfers, or spend with any third-party providers.
How are my Miles calculated?
Miles are calculated based on the prevailing earn rates, weighted by your allocated portion of the booking’s final value. You may view the estimated Miles earned during the online reservation process, or in your account after completing the reservation. Miles will be awarded after disembarkation from your expedition.
Will my Miles expire?
Your Miles will expire in its entirety on the date reflected in your Circolo Aqua account. Currently, Miles are set to expire after 36 months from the date of completion of the last sailing.You may extend the expiry of your entire Miles balance by simply making a reservation and completing the related sailing with us. Your Miles expiry will be extended by 36 months from the date of completion of the related expedition (i.e. disembarkation date).In the event that your upcoming reservation(s) is/are cancelled and there are no upcoming reservations, your Miles expiry will revert to be based on the previous completed expedition (if any).
