Laetitia Ouspointour is an oenologist and winemaker in the Bordeaux region where she trains 4,000 people a year in wine discovery. She is the granddaughter of organic winegrowers in Saint-Émilion and has a degree from the Faculty of Oenology in Bordeaux. She is also a sommelier who has completed a diploma with the Wine & Spirit Education Trust abroad.
Laetitia’s activity is divided between training for individuals, events (with references such as the Cannes Festival), and accompanying professionals (she teaches at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon for sommeliers and wine merchants). Recently, she invented a box that allows four people to follow a tasting course for one hour, then with the help of a pipette, the participants make their own wine. She won a medal at the Lépine competition for her invention in 2022.
Laetitia will lead you in a discovery of the wines of Sicily and Italy from a fresh angle, that of its creation. During workshops aboard, you will discover how to work out a balanced wine that speaks to you. Her approach remains friendly and accessible, and she looks forward to taking you on a journey through the aromas and tastes of the wines of Sicily and Italy!
