NEW YORK, NY – May 2, 2025 – Paul Gauguin Cruises, French Polynesia's destination expert and winner of Best Small Cruise in Condé Nast Traveler's 2024 Readers' Choice Awards,
announces the return of its Yoga & Wellness program aboard the newly refurbished m/s Paul Gauguin during the September 27, 2025 Society Islands & Tuamotus itinerary. Featured as part of The Gauguin's signature Themed Enrichment Voyages, the 10- night sailing will be guided by two returning wellness authorities, Dr. Sarah Rothman, a Board Licensed Naturopathic doctor renowned for her innovative blending of Eastern and Western healing traditions and Tammy Gibson, an elite yoga instructor celebrated for her expertise in transformational movement. The theme voyage unfolds amid the ship’s newly redesigned spaces following its recent dry dock, including an updated pool deck with a white canopy offering cabana-like retreats perfect for post-yoga relaxation, and a contemporary reimagining of Le Grill restaurant, where nutritious, island-inspired cuisine enhances the journey.

"The therapeutic qualities of French Polynesia create an ideal backdrop for wellness exploration, and The Gauguin’s intimate beauty enhances this experience immeasurably," notes Susan Robison, Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Americas, for Paul Gauguin Cruises. "The overall welcoming design and enchanting vistas aboard The Gauguin have always mirrored the natural harmony of the islands themselves, creating a seamless flow between the vessel and the surrounding paradise." Throughout the journey, guests will enjoy early morning yoga and Pilates classes aboard the ship’s expansive decks, specialized workshops exploring spinal alignment, Gyrokinesis Workshop on energy pathways and range of motion, and enlightening discussions on natural wellness approaches such as aging well, detoxification, adrenal balance, and more.
