Sales Approach: I get to know my clients and remember their likes, dislikes, and travel preferences. With these clients I know they enjoy larger accommodations and comfort so the Grand Suite was what I offered. 

Since they wanted 2 weeks, I suggested adding a few extra days in Bora Bora to extend the time. I feel it is important to make recommendations and push for something if you know it is in the best interest of the client.

The husband is over 6 feet tall and I knew regular economy seats on Air Tahiti Nui from Los Angeles to Papeete would not be good for him so to complete the "comfort" in the booking, I urged them to take business class air.  

He said no at first. Not being afraid to push what I knew was right for my clients, I told him "Every hour after two hours on the flight, that your knees are in your stomach, you will be saying to your wife, we should have taken Business Class air".  

After thinking about it he agreed and they opted for the Business Class on Air Tahiti Nui. When they spoke to me after he agreed that he would have hated the economy and thanked me for pushing it!
